On Wednesday, the Montmorency County Sheriff's Office was made aware of a missing person out of Loud Township, 77-year-old Karen Jean Adams.
According to family, Adams left her Loud Township residence on Wednesday afternoon, heading in an unknown direction. Adams is described as having dementia and could be trying to get to Port Huron, where she has a residence and family, a news release said. She was said to be driving a silver 2018 Chevy Cruze. The Montmorency County Sheriff's Office has released a Silver Alert statewide to enlist the assistance of the public.
