Starting Monday, a contractor for the City of Alpena will do resurfacing work on Gilchrist, Ralph, Thomas, and Parker Streets.

Local traffic will be maintained; however, at times the street will be impassable for extended periods and motorists should expect substantial delays and plan accordingly. This work is expected to last two weeks unless weather or construction delays occur.
