News Photo by Steve Schulwitz Multiple fire crews were called upon to respond to a structure fire just after 8 p.m. on Friday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Herron. Law enforcement closed Herron Road at both Taylor Hawks and Bussie roads. Flames and smoke were both visible from a distance, though at press time the extent of the damage to the church is unknown.
