Immanuel Lutheran children sing in Christmas choir

Preschoolers and kindergartners sing holiday songs on Thursday as Immanuel Lutheran School holds its first of two Christmas programs. The next one, featuring first- through eighth-graders, happens at 5:30 p.m. tonight. The youngsters on Thursday dressed up and sang their hearts out about the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus. Choir Director Amy Schultz said the kiddos had been practicing since October.
