The Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMCSA) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces award program. Workplaces that receive the award are selected based solely on employee feedback gathered through a survey. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. This is the third time NEMCSA has received the Top Workplace award. NEMCSA is a private, nonprofit Community Action Agency that provides many programs and services throughout its 11 northeast Michigan core counties, including Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency and Presque Isle counties.
