Santa waves out a car window in the snow.

ALPENA — The Bolenz Jewelry Holiday Parade starts at 5:30 p.m. today.

The parade is staged at the Annex building parking lot at the corner of Chisholm Street and 9th Avenue. The parade route begins by turning left onto Chisholm, then continues left onto 2nd Avenue, right onto Water Street, and ends in the parking lot behind City Hall.
