Residents can learn about housing needs and local plans to address them at a State of Michigan Housing Regional Roadshow in Alpena tomorrow.

Government leaders, developers, service providers, community agencies, and the public are invited to share thoughts on the state’s Housing and Community Development Fund at the state-sponsored event, from 9 a.m. to noon at the APlex.

Attendees will also learn about local housing resources and how state and federal resources will support the state’s first statewide housing plan.

The roadshow is one of five such events scheduled around the state this month.
