ALPENA — Katharsys Theory is excited to play for their hometown fans on Friday night at the 48th Annual Michigan Brown Trout Festival.

KT is just returning home from their successful national debut at Upheaval Festival in Grand Rapids last weekend. The band played alongside Disturbed, Three Days Grace, Nothing More, Heartsick, and Oxymorrons, among many others.

Come join them at Lakeside Palooza on Friday at the Big Tent. Doors will open at 7 p.m., and admission is $5 per person. The night will open with Wolfcreek Release, which consists of Randy and Amy Mason, a pair of veteran musicians that offer a setlist of your favorite music covers. The Smash, a rock band based out of Traverse City, will follow. Shadow’s Reflection, also Michigan natives, will be bringing an energetic set to the stage. Katharsys Theory will be headlining the night, with a powerful performance of their full setlist, including three brand-new songs.

Katharsys Theory is grateful to their local sponsors and the community for their continued support. For more information about this event, you can follow Katharsys Theory’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/katharsystheory.
