What’s missing in your neighborhood?

The Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency wants your input on needs and available resources in Northeast Michigan communities.

All residents are invited to complete a five- to 10-minute online survey to help the agency steer its decision-making in the next year.

Survey participants will rate factors such as affordable health care and child care, public transportation, and safe schools as either strengths or weaknesses in their county.

Those completing the form may enter a drawing for one of 15 gift cards.
