City seeks public’s help after recent vandalism

The City of Alpena is asking for the public's help after some of the portable toilets placed throughout the city have been vandalized.

Residents are asked to call 911 if they observe vandalism in progress or call the number displayed on the unit if a toilet is found tipped over, broken, or in an unusable state.
