Alpena sets Starlite Beach hours
Due to ongoing vandalism, the City of Alpena will close the Starlite Beach restrooms from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. until further notice.
Restrooms will remain unlocked for public use from the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. starting today. People are urged to contact the Alpena Police Department at (989) 354-1800 as soon as possible to report suspicious activity or acts of vandalism.
