ROGERS CITY — Rogers City drinking water could be safer thanks to a $444,000 grant from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, announced today as part of $3.5 million earmarked to promote safe, clean tap water for Michiganders,
The grants, awarded to nine Michigan cities and villages including Rogers City, support work including replacing lead service lines, enhancing water affordability plans, and connecting homes with contaminated drinking water wells to community water supplies.
