ALPENA — A Kentucky man may have driven kidnapped children to Michigan, police say, asking the public’s help in locating missing children Amber Clare, 16, and Noah Clare, 3. Family member Jacob Clare, 32, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, abducted the children and may be in northern Michigan, police believe.

The public is encouraged to watch for a silver Subaru Outback with Tennessee registration plates. Anyone with information that may help in the search should call 911, police said.
