Delayed for eight school days as workers continued construction projects slowed by the late arrival of materials, the school year began on Monday for Ella White students. Students and staff did a great job adjusting to a changed building after a summerlong construction project at the school, according to Principal Thomas Berriman. Patient parents, smiling students, and flexible construction crews made Monday “a great day to be an Ella White Eagle,” Berriman said.
