Workers will close Bare Point Road between Harbor Drive and Clinton Lane in Alpena Township between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. today, the township announced. Intermittent road closures to allow for utility repairs will impact local traffic and emergency vehicles. Drivers should use Harbor Drive as an alternate route, the township said.
