9/11 and Northeast Michigan: The News looks back

ALPENA — To mark the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, The News interviewed police, firefighters, military officials, teachers, and others to talk about what it was like in Northeast Michigan that day and how the fallout from the attacks changed our community.
