ICYMI: The News’ complete ‘A Community’s Disease’ series
ALPENA — For several weeks, News reporters reviewed data and research and interviewed police, recovery specialists, recovering addicts, and others to gauge the extent of the drug problem in Northeast Michigan and potential solutions to that problem.
