ROGERS CITY — A mother and three children were injured in a crash that crushed their minivan on U.S.-23 North south of Rogers City around 8 a.m. Friday. A blue pickup truck, attempting to turn north from Swan River Road onto U.S.-23, crashed into the minivan, which was headed south on U.S.-23. The minivan swerved, rolled several times according to police, and ended up on an embankment. The minivan’s driver and her three children were transported to MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena, as was the driver of the pickup truck, all for minor injuries, according to police. The driver of the pickup truck was cited for failure to yield.
