Stirred by Wednesday’s strong winds, waves splashed the young builder on Wednesday as he searched for flat rocks to add to his pile. “This is kind of reminding me of Harry Potter,” Behring said, the small stack in front of him adding a touch of magic to the park’s landscape. “I don’t know why.”
