Temporary closure on Pine Road today

ALPENA — A temporary, partial closure on Pine Road will affect local traffic and emergency vehicles until 4 p.m. today.

Alpena Township officials said in a Wednesday press release said Pine Road, between U.S.-23 and Hinckley Boulevard will be closed for necessary utility repairs.

Motorists are encouraged to utilize Wayne Road as an alternate route.
