News Photo by Alyssa Ochss The Alpena Police Department responded to a three-vehicle crash near the intersection of Chisholm Street and Ninth Avenue around 5 p.m. on Monday. No one was injured in the crash, which caused a domino effect when a truck failed to stop and made contact with a stopped car, which in turn, made contact with another stopped car, according to Sgt. Mark Bluck. Bluck advised drivers to pay attention on the road, especially with traffic rerouted due to construction on the Bagley Street Bridge.
