Vaccination clinics announced for next week

COVID-19 vaccinations will be available at the District Health Department No. 4 Alpena office on Monday from 9 a.m. to noon, including Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson vaccines for residents aged 12 and older.

Walk-ins will be accepted, but appointments are preferred, health officials said.

Vaccination clinics will also be held 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday at the DHD4 Alpena office and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Rogers City office.

The Monday and Friday clinics will be open to residents 12 to 17 years old, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
