June 7

10:08 a.m.: A deputy was requested to the Montmorency County Courthouse to pick up a 45-year-old female who was sentenced to serve time by the judge.

6:29 p.m.: Deputies responded to a civil standby in Hillman Village; officers cleared without incident.

9:51 p.m.: A call came into the Dispatch center about a deer vehicle accident on M-32 near Hall Rd. in Briley Township; party involved was not injured. Dispatch and an officer took the report.

10:34 p.m.: An officer assisted in a civil standby in Hillman Village and cleared without incident.

June 8

8:54 a.m.: Deputies and Tri Twp EMS responded to a vehicle hitting the Big Bear Trading Post in Vienna. No one was injured. A 48 year old female from Birmingham, Michigan was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

10:40 p.m.: Deputies responded to a residential burglar alarm in Albert Township. Deputies talked to the home owner and it was an accidental alarm.

June 9

6:13 p.m.: A Deputy responded to a call in Hillman Village about some stray dogs; the officer lodged the canines at the Elk County Animal Shelter.

8:39 p.m.: Deputies responded to a call about an erratic driver on M-32; officers intercepted the driver on M-32 headed east bound. The male subject was arrested and lodged for OUID. Deputies cleared without incident.

8:58 p.m.: An officer responded to a call in Albert township for a disturbance; the subject causing the disturbance was located and warned. Deputy cleared without incident.

June 10

12:56 a.m.: A call came into the center about a deer in Hillman Township; the caller stated that there had been a deer that had been hit and requesting the animal be put out of its misery; upon the arrival of a Deputy; the deer was found to be already dispatched.

5:18 a.m.: A 57 year old male from Gaylord was arrested in Otsego County on a MCSO warrant. He was picked up and lodged.

8:49 p.m.: MCSO received a message from Ogemaw County about a subject showing a warrant out of Montmorency County; a Deputy picked up the subject and he was arrested and lodged in Montmorency county jail.

9:18 p.m.: A welfare check was requested by a resident in Hillman Township; a Deputy responded and located the subject who was found to be fine. Officer cleared without incident.

10:20 p.m.: While on routine patrol, a Deputy initiated a traffic stop in Briley Township. The driver was found to be driving without insurance and was cited for the offense.

11:18 p.m.: A Deputy responded to a complaint in Albert Township; while investigating that complaint, the Deputy made contact with a subject who had warrants out of Otsego County. The subject was detained and transported to the county line for pick-up with a Trooper. Units cleared without incident.

June 11

10:45 p.m.: Deputies responded to a dispute on Helen Ave in Briley Township. The parties were separated for the night and officers cleared without incident.

June 13

12:56 a.m.: Deputies and Hillman EMS responded to a motorcycle vs deer accident on M-32. A 52 year old male was transported to MMHA for his injuries.

8 p.m.: A deputy responded to an address on Pleasant Valley Rd for a report of damage to a couple of vehicles.
