Jan. 11
12:47p.m.: A welfare check was requested; contact was made with the subject, everything was fine.
1:32 p.m.: While on routine patrol a MCSO deputy initiated a traffic stop in Albert Township, the driver was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was lodged.
4:42 p.m.: On a routine patrol, a deputy with MCSO initiated a traffic stop in Albert Township, the driver was found to be driving without insurance and on a suspended license. Subject was lodged.
7:45 p.m.: Hillman Fire & EMS responded to a one vehicle rollover on M-32 in Alpena County. No one was injured.
Jan. 12
4:28 p.m.: While on routine patrol a MCSO deputy initiated a traffic stop in Albert Township, the driver was found to be driving without insurance; the subject was lodged.
Jan. 13
7:19 p.m.: MCSO deputies assisted the Huron Undercover Narcotics Team execute a warrant pickup. A 45-year-old female from Atlanta was arrested and lodged on the open warrant.
9:27 p.m.: A report of a car off the road on Meridian Line near Old State Rd in Albert Township. MSCO Deputies responded, Albert Township EMS & Fire responded. EMS arrived on scene to find vehicle not occupied. Deputies located a male subject walking down the side of the road on Meridian Line. One male subject was taken into custody for OWI and jailed at MCSO Jail.
Jan. 14
8:32 p.m.: A resident in the Village of Hillman called to report a verbal dispute; deputies responded. Parties were separated, officers cleared without incident.
Jan. 15
2:01 a.m.: A resident in Albert Township called to report a verbal dispute in an adjoining apartment, while officers were in route to the scene; the male left the scene in a vehicle. An officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle; subject was found to be intoxicated. Subject was lodged for OWI.
3:46 p.m.: A Briley Township resident turned herself in on a warrant.
4:22 p.m.: A subject called for a welfare check on a Loud Township resident; subject was found to be fine. Officers cleared without incident.
4:47 p.m.: A subject called for a welfare check on a Hillman Township resident; subject was found to be fine. Deputies cleared without incident.
Jan. 16
1:21 p.m.: A slide off was reported in Avery Township, there were no injuries; deputies responded to take report.
Jan. 17
2:52 a.m.: While on routine patrol MCSO officers attempted to stop a snowmobile on Buttles Rd in Albert Township. The snowmobiler refused to stop and after a short pursuit the snowmobiler crashed near Buttles Rd and Hanson Ave. The driver fled on foot; officers were able to apprehend subject after a short foot chase. A 20 year old male from Clio was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Subject was lodged.
11:10 p.m.: During a routine traffic stop on County Rd 491 in Albert Township a 34 year old male from Ohio was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. He was lodged.
