Police: Man threatened with pistol in Alpena County home
A Paw Paw man pointed a gun at his brother’s head during an argument at their mother’s Alpena County home, according to police.
Timothy Sharp, 61, was arrested on Sept. 23, a month after the alleged incident.
On Aug. 28, Sharp’s brother called 911 to report Sharp had threatened him with the gun while the two of them were fighting in their mother’s home in Maple Ridge Township. A .22-caliber pistol was found at the scene.
Sharp was lodged in the Alpena County Jail, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
