A 30-year-old man from Clio, a 41-year-old man from Burton, and a 44-year-old man from Flushing were arrested on various charges and lodged at the Alpena County Jail, the Michigan State Police said in a news release. They are scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 1 in the 88th District Court in Alpena.

Police did not identify the men who were arrested.

The three men are believed to be related to motorcyclists who were also in the area on Saturday, according to Michigan State Police spokesman Lt. Derrick Carroll.

Deputies with the Alpena County Sheriff’s Office and troopers with the Michigan State Police were dispatched to a residence on Long Lake Road after reports of approximately 30 motorcyclists surrounding a house and pounding on the door.

The motorcyclists fled the scene prior to law enforcement arriving. Police do not know why they were at the residence.

Troopers, along with officers from the Alpena Police Department, located a group of motorcyclists and stopped eight motorcycles and one pickup truck on Johnson near Woodward for several moving violations.

The motorcyclists were displaying patches from three motorcycle clubs — Outlaws, Black Pistons, and the Pariahs, the State Police said.

A total of 12 men were in the group, all of whom were from the Saginaw and Flint region.
