An Alpena man has been accused of soliciting a minor for immoral purposes.
Marty Zinke, 45, was arrested early this week after a minor disclosed to a neighbor alleged abuse by Zinke. The neighbor reported it to the minor's mother.
Police were alerted in early April and filed for Zinke's arrest on Monday. Zinke was lodged at the Alpena County Jail on charges of aggravated indecent exposure and gross indecency between male and female.
