ALPENA — Two people were injured when their van veered off the roadway this morning and into the trees along Long Lake Road.

Both were Alpena residents in their 80s.

Paramedics from The Alpena Fire Department transferred both to MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena with minor injuries from airbag deployment.
