May 25

11:51 a.m. Dispatch was advised of a domestic dispute on Co Rd 628 in Montmorency Township. Law enforcement responded to investigate. The subjects were separated for the day.

2:15 p.m. MCSO was advised of a verbal dispute over a vehicle in Avery Township. A deputy responded and separated the parties. The dispute was found to be civil.

3:26 p.m. A deputy responded to Pleasant Valley Rd near McMurphy Rd in Avery Township for a single vehicle slide-off. No injuries were reported.

May 26

1:31 a.m. Dispatch was advised of an erratic vehicle on Montmorency St in Albert Township. A deputy responded and searched the area for the vehicle described. He was unable to locate the vehicle. The unit cleared at 2:14 a.m. but remained in the area.

2:42 a.m. A deputy took into custody an 18-year-old male for resisting a police officer that was also involved in the erratic driver complaint earlier. He was transported and lodged at the jail.

10:45 a.m. A 28-year-old male from Hillman turned himself in on a FOC warrant.

5:30 p.m. A DNR officer responded to a residential burglar alarm in Albert Township. The residence was secure.

8:20 p.m. Deputies were requested for a welfare check on an elderly female in the Village of Hillman.

May 27

1:36 a.m. Dispatch was advised of a suspicious vehicle on Pine St in Albert Township. A deputy responded and patrolled the area. The vehicle was not found.

1:41 p.m. An officer responded to a dispute in Briley Township over a property line, the subjects were advised it was civil and they needed to get the land surveyed to know the exact property line.

1:47 p.m. Dispatch received a 911 call referencing a domestic dispute in progress. Officers responded, the male subject was arrested on domestic violence charges and lodged.

5:48 p.m. Dispatch was advised of an erratic driver on M-33 N near Deford Rd traveling North in Briley Township. No units were in the area to intercept with the vehicle described.

6:35 p.m. Dispatch received a report of a younger person driving a 4-wheeler with no helmet on Hall Rd near the bridge. MCSO Deputy ORV responded and found that the individual left the scene prior to arrival.

8:10 p.m. A report of a civil dispute was made to MCSO in Briley Township. MCSO deputy responded. Parties were instructed to stay away from each other.

10:19 p.m. Dispatch received a call of a domestic dispute in Hillman Township. MCSO Deputies responded and parties were separated for the night.

May 28

12:01 p.m. A dispute among family members had law enforcement and EMS responding to a residence in Albert Township; parties were separated, and EMS checked the victim, no one was transported, and all cleared the scene without incident.

1:05 p.m. DNR was informed of people camping on state land in Montmorency Township; DNR along with an MCSO deputy responded to find a male subject camping on state land; he was advised he couldn’t camp there and all units cleared without incident.

1:16 p.m. Dispatch was advised of a neighbor dispute on Riverside Dr in Hillman Township. A deputy, trooper, and DNR officer in the area responded to investigate. The dispute was found to be verbal only and the parties were advised to stay separated for the rest of the day.

10:06 p.m. MCSO received a medical alarm call and EMS was dispatched to help a male at a residence in Albert Township.

11:46 p.m. MCSO Dispatch received a report of a power outage near Division St in Atlanta. Tri Township Fire responded and found arching within the powerlines on Lake 15 Rd. Presque Isle Power Company was dispatched for repair.

11:48 p.m. A report of a tree in the road on South Airport Road near Sturgis. Montmorency County Road Commission was contacted for removal.

May 29

2:33 p.m. Dispatch was advised of a residential burglar alarm on Kristen Dr in Albert Township. A deputy responded and the homeowner was on scene.

May 30

1:07 a.m. A deputy initiated a traffic stop on M-32 near Currie Rd in Vienna Township. A 35-year-old male was taken into custody for OWI. He was lodged.

4:45 a.m. MCSO was notified of a fire alarm at Medilodge in the Village of Hillman. Someone from the facility called and advised it was a false alarm and no response was needed.

8:22 p.m. Dispatch was advised of 2 suspicious and possibly intoxicated males at the Lewiston Marathon in Albert Township. Deputies responded to investigate. The subjects were gone upon arrival and another county was advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle described in their direction of travel.

10:34 p.m. MCSO was advised of a residential burglar alarm on Big Buck Dr in Albert Township. Deputies responded and found everything to be secure.

May 31

2:53 a.m. MCSO received a stolen property complaint in Briley Township. A deputy responded and this is still under investigation.

8:10 p.m. Dispatch was advised of a residential burglar alarm on M-32 in Rust Township. Deputies responded to investigate. Everything was found to be secure.

10:12 p.m. MCSO received a noise complaint on Co Rd 487 in Avery Township. A deputy responded to the area but did not hear any loud noises.
