People armed with handguns, knives, and a baseball bat entered a home on the 200 block of South Fifth Avenue on April 10, according to the Alpena Police Department.

Nobody was physically harmed when the armed robbers held the occupants of the home at gunpoint, demanding the victims surrender marijuana and other property.

A 32-year-old Bay City man was charged with armed robbery, home invasion, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. A 19-year-old Alpena woman was acharged with aiding and abetting a robbery, aiding and abetting a home invasion, lying to a peace officer, and witness intimidation.

Four juvenile males were also involved, police said, but have not yet been charged.
