Jeffrey A. Markby, 34, escaped from the Montmorency County Jail Sunday, at approximately 7:27 p.m. He is described as having blonde hair, blue eyes, is 5' 7", 165 pounds, and has tattoos on most of his body.
According to a post on the Montmorency County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, Markby vacated the county jail in orange clothing, and is believed to be injured and bleeding. The statement said to avoid all contact. If seen, people should call 911 or 989-785-4238, option 1.
