ALPENA — Alpena Fire Department personnel are addressing a fire that broke out at Decorative Panels International this morning.

Nobody was injured, according to AFD Chief Bill Forbush, but frozen hydrants on the DPI property and at nearby intersections required fire hose to be stretched around the property to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources fisheries research station on Fletcher Street.
