Rosalie Crawford is among 13 graduates on Wednesday to be pinned and receive an associate degree in registered nursing on Wednesday in Alpena Community College’s Park Arena. Twenty-one nursing nursing students in the college’s licensed practical nursing program also were pinned and received their certificates at the ceremony.
