Nov. 4

11:38 a.m.: A residential fire alarm was called in by an alarm company, Tri Township Fire Department and a deputy responded, it was found to be a false alarm, all units cleared without incident.

5:32 p.m.: A 2-vehicle crash was reported to MCSO, a deputy responded, no injuries reported. A deputy responded to take the report and cleared without incident.

5:32 p.m.: A report came into MCSO of a 2-car accident in the Village of Hillman. MCSO deputy responded no injuries were reported.

Nov. 5

12:39 a.m.: A warrant arrest was made in Rust Township. One male subject was lodged.

3:11 a.m.: A MCSO Deputy reported gas leak at a residence in Vienna Township. Vienna Township Fire responded. No injuries were reported

11:12 a.m.: The driver of a vehicle called to report she had gone in the ditch, the subject had left the scene of the accident, the driver was later arrested on OUID charges; subject was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

12:57 p.m.: A business in Albert Township called to report some items had been stolen from a vehicle in their lot, a deputy responded to take the report.

4:21 p.m.: Deputies and Vienna fire responded to a single vehicle rollover on Mathews Rd near M-32 in Vienna Township. No injuries were reported. The 45-year-old male driver was taken into custody for OWI. He was lodged.

5:19 p.m.: A single vehicle rollover was reported on M-32 near Co Rd 491 in Vienna Township. No injuries were reported, and law enforcement responded to investigate. A tow truck was called for the vehicle.

Nov. 6

6:55 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm on M-32 in Briley Township. The alarm company called back and advised it was a false alarm.

12:30 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a residential burglar alarm on McArthur Rd in Briley Township. A trooper responded and found everything to be as it should.

Nov. 7

4:17 a.m.: A residential alarm was reported in Briley Township. MCSO Deputies responded to find buildings secure and no suspicious activity.

6:00 p.m.: A report came into MCSO of suspicious activity at a residence in Albert Township, MCSO Deputy responded and found property to be secured.

6:22 p.m.: MCSO received a report that the intersection of County Rd 491 & 612 was hazardous due to icy conditions. Montmorency County Road Commission was dispatched to sand/salt area.

7:40 p.m.: A report of a car in the ditch west of County Rd 491 on M 32 was made, MCSO Deputy responded. Deputies report car slid off road due to icy conditions and no injuries were reported.

Nov. 8

1:52 a.m.: A residential burglar alarm was reported to MCSO. Deputies responded to find property secured.

2:52 a.m.: A commercial burglar alarm was reported in Albert Township, prior to law enforcement arrival the alarm company cancelled response due to it being a false alarm.

12:12 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a 2-vehicle accident on Co Rd 451 near Avalon Rd in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and no injuries were reported.

12:42 p.m.: MCSO was advised of a residential burglar alarm on McArthur Rd in Briley Township. A deputy responded to investigate. All was found to be as it should be.

7:01 p.m.: Dispatch was advised on a single vehicle accident on Co Rd 624 near Fourth St in Hillman Township. Deputies, EMS, and Fire responded. A 36-year-old male was transported to the hospital for medical attention. He was then taken into custody for OUID and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged.

Nov. 9

2:57 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a medical alarm on Gregory St in Albert Township. EMS responded and it was found to be a false alarm.

8:04 a.m.: A male called to report a family issue and possible larceny. A deputy spoke with the caller and it was found to be a civil issue.

7:12 p.m.: A deputy responded to a report of a deer still alive after being hit by a vehicle on M-32. When the officer arrived, the deer was deceased and moved off of the road.

Nov. 10

12:28 a.m.: During a traffic stop on Co Rd 612 in Albert Township, a 34-year-old male was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant out of Otsego County. The subject was transported to the county line where MSP troopers from Otsego County picked him up.

7:58 a.m.: An alarm company called in a commercial burglar alarm; deputies responded; the alarm was found to be a false alarm.

3:56 p.m.: A deputy responded to a 1 vehicle pd crash in Albert Township, no injuries were reported.
