Sept. 2

3:43 p.m.: During a routine traffic stop on M-32 near Camp 3 Rd, a 28-year-old male was taken into custody for driving with a suspended license. He was lodged.

7:36 p.m.: A 55-year-old female was taken into custody for bond violation. She was lodged.

10:06 p.m.: A deputy initiated a routine traffic stop on Co Rd 451 near Co Rd 628 in Montmorency Township. A 58-year-old female was taken into custody for OWI. She was lodged.

Sept. 3

11:40 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a verbal dispute in Briley Township. A deputy and a trooper responded and spoke with everyone involved. The issue was resolved, and the parties separated.

12:01 p.m.: Dispatch was notified of a tree down on M-32 near Mathews Rd in Vienna Township. A deputy drove through the area and was unable to locate said tree. Otsego Co was notified that it could be in their county.

8:16 p.m.: MCSO was advised of a dispute on Farrier Rd in Rust Township. Deputies responded to investigate. The parties were separated.

Sept. 4

8:19 a.m.: A female subject was brought to MCSO Jail and lodged on a warrant out of our jurisdiction.

11:08 a.m.: A MCSO deputy responded a residential burglar alarm in Vienna Township, while enroute the owner of the residence was contacted, and he stated he set the alarm off accidentally.

4:37 p.m.: A MCSO deputy responded to a residential burglar alarm in Albert Township. The homeowner met a deputy at the residence, and all was found to be OK.

10:32 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to a dispute in progress in the Village of Hillman; the female subject was arrested and lodged at MCSO jail.

11:26 p.m.: A Briley Township resident called to report a suspicious vehicle driving down his road, an officer responded and was unable to locate the vehicle.

Sept. 5

3:10 p.m.: An Avery Township resident was arrested and lodged on an out of county warrant.

Sept. 6

1:01 a.m.: Intrusion alarm was reported in Albert Township. MCSO Deputies responded and home was cleared without incident.

2:54 a.m.: Commercial alarm was reported in Atlanta. MCSO Deputies responded found building secure.

Sept. 7

10:15 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a verbal dispute in Briley Township. Law enforcement responded to investigate. The issue was found to be civil.

5:04 p.m.: MCSO was advised of an erratic driver on Co Rd 489 in Albert Township. A deputy responded and located the vehicle. A friend of the driver drove the subject home with the deputy following without incident.

Sept. 8

6:05 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm on M-33 N at the El-Bo in Montmorency Township. A deputy responded. The alarm company contacted the owner and was advised it was a false alarm. The deputy was advised to disregard.

5:20 p.m.: MCSO was advised of a suspicious situation in Briley Township. Deputies responded to investigate. A 46-year-old male was taken into custody for domestic violence. He was lodged.

9:22 p.m.: Dispatch was advised a vehicle parked partially in the road causing a road hazard on Airport Rd in Briley Township. Deputies responded to locate the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was located and moved the vehicle.

Sept. 9

4:15 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at the El-Bo Inn on M-33 N in Montmorency Township. Deputies responded to investigate. The keyholder contacted MCSO and advised it was a false alarm. All units were advised to disregard.
