ROGERS CITY — By a narrow margin, controversial wind turbine rules in Presque Isle County have survived a public vote.

According to unofficial results Tuesday, voters supported the rules adopted by the county Board of Commissioners 322 to 303.

That’s a 19-vote difference out of 625 votes cast.
