A suspicious vehicle was reported at The Portage restaurant at Grand Lake. A medical complaint in Onaway led to the arrest of a woman on an outstanding warrant. A male camper at Tomahawk Lake State Forest south of Onaway was injured while racing his bicycle down a hill on a dirt road near the lake. His companions transported him to the Onaway Shell station to call for help. When deputies assisting at the scene checked the identification of the injured man’s companions, they discovered that one of them, a 32-year-old female, was wanted on an outstanding warrant. She was arrested, and the injured man was transported to McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey for treatment.
