A motorcycle/pickup truck crash in Alcona County Tuesday morning sent one man to the hospital.

Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 6:30 a.m. to the intersection of F41 and Kings Corner Road in Mikado Township, where the driver of the motorcycle was in need of medical attention.

Jesse Gordy, 42, of Lincoln, was transported to Tawas St. Joseph Hospital by Alcona Emergency Medical Services and was later air-lifted to Saginaw St. Mary’s Hospital for further treatment.

The crash is still under investigation.
