May 5

11:08 a.m.: A deputy responded to a residence on Helen St for a dog running loose. A citation was issued for animal at large.

12:10 p.m.: A deputy was requested to pick up two dogs that were running loose. Both dogs were taken to the ECAS.

2:02 p.m.: A deputy and a state trooper responded to the Lewiston Express for an intoxicated male threatening employees. Subject was warned not to trespass on property.

3:07 p.m.: Hillman fire/ems and a deputy responded to an ATV accident on County Line Rd. A female was transported to the hospital.

3:51 p.m.: A deputy was requested to pick up two pit bull dogs on M-33 S. The dogs were taken to the ECAS.

4:59 p.m.: Tri Township fire/ems and DNR fire responded to a wildland fire on Culver Rd.

9:21 p.m.: Hillman fire/ems and DNR fire responded to a wildland fire on Brush Creek Truck Trail. The fire was extinguished.

May 7

12:00 p.m.: Dispatch received a call-in reference to an erratic driver in Briley Township, officers were advised, no one in the area to intercept.

1:44 p.m.: A panic alarm was called in by a security company, officers responded to find the homeowner fine, it was an accidental push.

2:29 p.m.: Dispatch received a call regarding an abandoned vehicle in Montmorency Township, DNR CO investigated, a call was made to the owner, they will move vehicle today.

3:44 p.m.: An erratic driver was called into MCSO and an MSP Trooper was in the area to intercept, trooper spoke with driver and cleared the scene without incident.

6:59 p.m.: MCSO deputies responded to an ongoing dispute in the Village of Hillman, statements were taken, and this is still under investigation.

May 8

10:30 a.m.: Dispatch received a call regarding a watercraft that had washed up on shore of a residence in Albert Township; a local marina picked the watercraft up and will hold it until the owner is found.

1:08 p.m.: Dispatch received a call reference to a wild land fire in Vienna Township, Vienna Fire, Albert Township Fire, Tri Township Fire and the DNR all responded, approximately ¢ an acre was burned, fire was put out before any structures were involved.

3:21 p.m.: Dispatch received a call from a concerned family member in regard to another family member who had been taking care of their parent, this is under investigation.

4:05 p.m.: Hillman Fire, Tri Township Fire, and the DNR all responded to a report of a wild land fire in Montmorency Township, fire was put out.

7:15 p.m.: A deputy took into custody a 54-year-old Lewiston female on a MCSO warrant.

10:39 p.m.: Dispatch was notified of a commercial burglar alarm on Co Rd 612 near Fleming Rd in Albert Township. Deputies responded to investigate. Building was found to be secure.

May 9

2:16 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of another commercial burglar alarm on Co Rd 612 near Fleming Rd in Albert Township. Deputies responded and found the building to be secure and everything as it should be.

6:24 a.m.: Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm on Co Rd 612 near Fleming Rd in Albert Township. Deputies were dispatched but were cancelled after the alarm company called back stating it was a false alarm.

May 10

7:25 a.m.: Dispatch received a call regarding a residential burglar alarm in Briley Township, MCSO deputy responded, contact was made with homeowner and it was an accidental alarm.

10:05 a.m.: Deputies and Tri Township ambulance responded to the report of a vehicle in the ditch in Avery Township, no injury was reported.

May 12

12:20 a.m.: A deputy noticed two males outside the OMH clinic in Lewiston. One of the male subjects had an outstanding warrant out of Ogemaw County. A 26-year-old male was taken into custody and lodged at MCSO until Ogemaw County could pick him up.

3:03 p.m.: A state trooper and a deputy responded to a dispute between a male and female on Carter Rd. Subjects were separated.
