Peter Rabbit, left, hopped by for a visit with youngsters like Maddison Taylor, 8, who could not wait for her turn to hug him. The Alpena County Library had quite a few different projects for kids to try out Saturday. Some of the games were Tic-Tac-Toe and matching cards or pictures. Some of the projects were to make necklaces, decorate a carrot cookie, stamp their hands with colorful designs and make a puppet of Peter Rabbit himself.
