Two Onaway people arrested following a narcotics search warrant

CHEBOYGAN COUNTY – Following an investigation by the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement (SANE), Bryan Tucker, 33, and Andrea Walsh, 39, both of Onaway, were arrested on May 27 on drug-related charges after the execution of a search warrant.

On May 27, detectives executed a search warrant at a residence near Tower. The search resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, pills, ammunition, brass knuckles, and evidence of the distribution of narcotics. Tucker and Walsh were arrested and lodged at the Cheboygan County Jail.

Tucker was arraigned on May 28 in the 89th District Court of Cheboygan County on the following charges:

· One count: Controlled Substance- Delivery Manufacturing Methamphetamine (habitual offender third offense)

· One count: Dangerous Weapon- Possession of Metallic Knuckles (habitual offender third offense)

· One count: Weapons- Possession of Ammunition by a Prohibited Person (habitual offender third offense)

· One count: Possession of Controlled Substance – Buprenorphine (habitual offender third offense)

· One count: Maintaining a Drug House (habitual offender third offense)

Walsh was also arraigned on May 28 on the following charges:

· One count: Controlled Substance- Delivery Manufacturing Methamphetamine

· One count: Dangerous Weapon- Possession of Metallic Knuckles

· One count: Possession of Controlled Substance – Buprenorphine

· One count: Maintaining a Drug House

They are scheduled to return to court on June 11.
