April 20

4:55 a.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Hillman Township; a report was taken.

3:42 p.m. A welfare check was requested in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and the subject was okay.

9:31 p.m. A dispute was reported in Briley Township. Deputies responded and were able to separate the parties for the night.

April 21

6:46 a.m. An injured deer was reported in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and dispatched the deer.

7:50 p.m. A dispute was reported in Albert Township. Deputies responded, but the parties were already separated when they arrived.

9:30 p.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Montmorency Township.

11:38 p.m. A single-vehicle accident is reported in Albert Township. Deputies, EMS, and fire respond, and the driver is taken to the hospital.

April 22

8:40 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a resident of Loud Township. Contact was made with the individual and she was found to be fine.

8:45 a.m. The DNR executed two prescribed burns in Montmorency County. One off Black River Rd. and one off Townline Rd.

8:49 a.m. A commercial panic alarm was reported at a business in Montmorency County. Deputies responded to find everything to be fine, it was an accidental alarm.

11:47 a.m. A resident of Montmorency Township called to report an out-of-control grass fire. Hillman Fire and EMS responded to the residence and put the fire out.

12:48 p.m. An out-of-control grass/forest fire was reported in Montmorency Township. Atlanta DNR and Tri Township Fire Department all responded to the scene to put the fire out.

5:05 p.m. a two-vehicle crash was reported in Avery Township. An officer responded to take the report. No injuries were reported.

6:42 p.m. ADT Security reported a residential alarm in Albert Township. A deputy responded to the residence and after checking both the house and outbuildings, the property was deemed secure.

April 23

5:59 a.m. A traffic stop was initiated by an MSP Trooper in Hillman Township. The driver was found not to have a valid license, and there was no insurance on the vehicle. The driver was cited, and the vehicle was towed from the location.

12:50 p.m. A long horn cow was reported loose in Vienna Township. Later in the day, a passerby found the long horn in the roadway. The owner was advised and was able to contain it.

9:51 p.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Vienna Township; a report was taken.

April 24

7:53 a.m. An injured deer was reported in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and dispatched the deer.

April 25

7:10 a.m. A vehicle/deer accident is reported in Albert Township. A deputy responded and a report was taken.

10:00 a.m. A trespasser is reported in Briley Township. A deputy spoke with both parties and trespassed the trespasser.

1:59 p.m. A single-vehicle accident is reported in Briley Township. A deputy and EMS responded. The driver was okay and a report was taken.

6:48 p.m. A welfare check is requested in Albert Township. Deputies responded and spoke with both parties, and the subject was okay.

9:47 p.m. An erratic driver is reported in Briley Township. The driver is pulled over by deputies and troopers, and it is determined that the vehicle was having mechanical problems.

11:05 p.m. An intoxicated trespasser is reported in Vienna Township in someone’s driveway trying to drive away. Deputies responded and arrested the subject for OWI.

11:09 p.m. A deputy locates a wanted person in Albert Township. The subject flees, and the deputy is unable to relocate them.

April 26

1:03 p.m. A single vehicle accident is reported in Albert Township. A deputy, fire, and EMS all reported, the driver was okay, and a report was made.

1:10 p.m. A welfare check is requested in Briley Township. A deputy responded and the subject was okay.

6:32 p.m. An ORV crash is reported in Briley Township. Deputies and EMS responded, the patient was taken to the hospital, and a report was made.

10:19 p.m. A possible trespasser was reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded and the residence was secure.
