April 6

6:28 a.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Rust Township. A report was taken.

10:06 a.m. a single-vehicle accident was reported in Montmorency Township. A report was taken.

April 7

11:14 a.m. A stray dog was found in Albert Township. A deputy responded and took the dog to the shelter.

11:33 a.m. An injured deer was reported in Rust Township. A deputy responded but was unable to locate the deer; a report was taken.

12:56 p.m. A possible breaking and entering was reported in Briley Township after a homeowner saw 2 females on the property cameras. Deputies responded, but the complaint was unfounded. There was miscommunication between the homeowner and subjects given permission to be on the property.

8:32 p.m. An officer in Alpena County arrested and lodged a subject with a warrant out of MCSO.

April 8

4:22 a.m. A group of trespassers were reported in Loud Township banging on the complainant’s doors and loitering on their property. Deputies responded but were unable to locate the subjects.

7:40 a.m. A deer vehicle accident was reported; a report was taken.

2:14 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a subject in Albert Township. An officer responded to check on the subject, he was fine.

6:56 p.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Avery Township; a report was taken.

7:12 p.m. A deputy responded to a business in Briley Township for an intrusion alarm. The building was found secure; the cleaning company was on site and triggered the alarm.

11:05 p.m. MCSO deputies responded to a dispute in Avery Township. The parties were separated for the night.

11:27 An MSP Trooper conducted a traffic stop in Albert Township. One male was arrested for OWI and lodged at Alpena County Jail.

April 9

2:12 a.m. A deputy responded to a business in Briley Township for a commercial burglary alarm. The business was found secure, and the manager was notified.

2:01 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in Loud Township; contact was made with the subject.

2:07 p.m. A commercial panic alarm was reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded to the building and found it to be secure.

April 10

9:30 a.m. Deputies transported a subject to and from court.

11:21 a.m. A deputy picks up someone on probation violation.

2:47 p.m. A civil dispute is reported in Briley Township. Deputies respond and help separate the parties.

April 11

11:49 a.m. An abandoned vehicle is reported in Albert Township. A deputy responded and had the vehicle removed.

1:52 p.m. A welfare check is requested in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and the subject was okay.

2:04 p.m. A stray dog is reported in Aery Township. A deputy responded and took the dog to the shelter.

9:19 p.m. An injured deer is reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded and dispatched the deer.

April 12

12:53 a.m. A noise complaint is reported in Hillman Township. Deputies responded and advised the homeowner to keep the noise down.

6:43 p.m. A man reported himself lost in Loud Township. Deputies responded and helped him get home.
