Feb. 16

9:43 a.m. Reporting party called to report he could hear smoke alarms going off at a residence in Hillman Township. Hillman Fire Department responded to the residence; it was an alarm outside of the residence. All units cleared.

10:31 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a Briley Township resident. Deputies responded to the scene and spoke with the subject; he was found to be fine.

10:20 p.m. Hillman Fire Department responded to a resident in the Village of Hillman after reports of a carbon monoxide alarm going off.

Feb. 18

12:26 p.m. A dumpster fire was reported in Avery Township. A deputy responded and was unable to locate.

1:11 p.m. A two-vehicle accident was reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded and a report was made.

5:15 p.m. A one vehicle accident is reported in Vienna Township. A deputy and fire responded, and a report was made.

Feb. 19

12 p.m. A fraud report was made from the lobby that was based in Albert Township. A deputy responded.

7:17 p.m. An injured deer was reported in Vienna Township. A deputy responded but was unable to locate the deer.

Feb. 20

11:39 a.m. A report of two semi-trucks on M-32 in Vienna Township were unable to make it up the hill due to road conditions. MCSO deputies responded to the scene and assisted the trucks.

11:44 a.m. A driver in Avery Township called to report she went in the ditch. No injuries were reported. A deputy responded to the scene to take the report.

11:46 a.m. A report of multiple trucks on M-32 in Vienna Township were stuck on the road and unable to make it up the hill. A deputy responded to the scene for traffic control.

11:48 a.m. Multiple 911 calls came in regarding multiple semi-trucks and trailers that were stuck in the hills south of Co. Rd. 612 in Loud Township. MCSO officers, along with the Tri Township Fire Department, responded to the scene for traffic control until MDOT could get there with salt and sand.

12:03 p.m. A report of a car that went into the ditch in Rust Township was made. A MCSO deputy responded to the scene; the car was in the ditch, but the driver left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
