Team Rogers City meets today

ROGERS CITY — Team Rogers City meets today at 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. at city hall in Rogers City and via Zoom.

Rogers City Mayor Scott McLennan encourages people to join in as he says things will be switched up a tad, but still remain totally positive.

During the meeting, there will be discussion about where Rogers City has come from over the past few decades, along with what the future has in store for it.

This format will allow for questions on local topics that you’ve always wondered about and would like answers provided.

Do you know, or have you known, of an elderly friend or family member who, due to declining health, is struggling to stay in their own home? Did you know that there are now resources available to help delay nursing home care?

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that offers comprehensive support to adults as they move into the senior years.

We will kick-off our Team RC meeting this month with a presentation from Jeff Meden, Executive Director along with Morgan Jozwiak from PACE Northeast Michigan, describing the many personalized care benefits of this program.
