Willowdale Drive, between Ferncliff Drive and Pebble Street, in Alpena Township, will have intermittent road closures for necessary utility repairs today from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. The temporary road closure will affect local traffic as well as emergency vehicles.
