Feb. 2

7:05 a.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Rust Township. A report was taken.

8:24 a.m. A Briley Township business called to request a Briley township resident be trespassed from the businesses he owns. A deputy responded to the resident to advise the subject he has been trespassed.

2:19 p.m. An erratic driver was reported in Rust Township; a deputy responded to the area and located the vehicle. The deputy did not witness erratic driving.

4:03 p.m. A single vehicle in the ditch was reported in Hillman Township. Deputies responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.

7:35 p.m. A resident in Albert Township requested multiple individuals to be trespassed from her property. All numbers provided were no longer connected and the subjects do not live in the county. The resident was advised to call back if the subjects came onto the property unwanted.

Feb. 3

1:23 a.m. An employee at a business in Briley Township was concerned about a nearby vehicle. A deputy responded and spoke to the driver and then the complainant, ensuring she was able to leave safely.

5:29 a.m. A two vehicle crash was reported in Albert Township. No injuries were reported.

7:40 a.m. A deer vehicle crash was reported in Hillman Township. A report was taken.

Feb. 6

6:37 a.m. A report of a vehicle in the ditch in Rust Township was made. A deputy responded to the scene to take the report.

7:31 a.m. A report of a vehicle in the ditch in Vienna Township was made. A deputy responded to the scene to take the report.

10:22 a.m. A deputy transported a male subject from the courthouse to Alpena County Jail to serve his sentence.

12:17 p.m. A two vehicle crash was reported in Albert Township. MCSO deputies, Albert Township Fire and EMS responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.

1:47 p.m. A verbal dispute was reported in Hillman Township. Deputies responded to the residence, the female loaded some of her belongings and left the residence for the night.

11:27 p.m. A deputy responded to a business in Briley Township for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and the male was asked to leave the premises.

Feb. 7

1:29 p.m. A resident of Montmorency Township called to report that they could smell natural gas near their meter. Hillman Fire Department responded to the residence.

4:17 p.m. Sno-Drift personnel called to request officers at one of the spectator areas for rowdy spectators.

5:51 p.m. A deputy responded to a two-vehicle accident in Loud Township; a report was taken.

6:23 p.m. A vehicle was towed for obstructing the roadway in Vienna Township.

7:31 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a female in Briley Township. The female was found to be okay.

9:29 p.m. Deputies responded to a residence in Albert Township after an accidental 911 call was made. A male was heard yelling in the background. While on scene, multiple gunshots were heard from within the residence. An investigation is ongoing at this time.

Feb. 8

4:12 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a male in Albert Township. The male was contacted via phone and was found to be okay.

5:42 p.m. A deputy responded to the Village of Hillman to search for an individual. The individual was found and brought back home.

10:00 p.m. A resident in the Village of Hillman requested a welfare check on a dog that was outside. A deputy responded to the address provided and found the dog to be fed and well taken care of, it was not outside long.
