Gov. Whitmer to Deliver 2026 State of the State Address on Feb.25

LANSING — On February 25, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer will deliver her final State of the State address in front of a joint session of the Michigan Legislature in the House Chambers.
During her address, Governor Whitmer will lay out her plans to double down on the administration’s long-term priorities and deliver lasting results that will benefit all Michiganders. Her proposals will lower costs, continue record investments in education from preschool to college, help ensure every kid learns how to read, protect access to healthcare, and will share other key initiatives to help more families live their best lives in Michigan.
