Rogers City chiropractor’s next hearing scheduled for Feb. 10

ROGERS CITY — Chiropractor Dr. David Henshaw, charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct fourth degree, was scheduled to appear for a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday morning in the 89th District Court in Presque Isle County, but that hearing was adjourned.
Henshaw’s next hearing is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 10.
In November, a female reported to the Rogers City Police Department that during an appointment with Dr. Henshaw of Henshaw Chiropractic, she was the alleged victim of inappropriate contact, according to a Dec. 22 press release from the Rogers City Police Department. Subsequent investigation was completed and results were turned over to the Presque Isle County Prosecutor for review.
The prosecutor authorized arrest warrants for three counts of criminal sexual conduct fourth degree against Henshaw, also known as Clifford David Henshaw. On Dec. 19, Henshaw was arrested and lodged at the Presque Isle County Jail. He was arraigned on Dec. 22.
