Dec. 1

3:13 PM A one vehicle accident was reported in Loud Township; a report was taken.

Dec. 2

9:10 AM A vehicle slid off was reported in Albert Township; a report was taken.

9:32 AM Reports of a deer that was hit and in the middle of the road in Hillman Township; a deputy responded and dispatched and removed the deer from the roadway.

10:06 AM A MCSO deputy as well as an MSP trooper picked up a subject on an Otsego County warrant; the subject was transported to Otsego County.

Dec. 3

9:15 AM A welfare check on a dog in Briley Township was requested by a concerned citizen. The dog was found to be fine.

11:07 AM A report of a male subject who had fallen through the ice on a lake in Montmorency Township was made. MCSO deputies, Hillman Fire and EMS all responded to the scene. The subject was rescued from the water and checked by EMS. He was not transported to the hospital.

6:57 PM Deputies responded to a family dispute over firearms in Albert Township. The firearms were locked away safely and a resolution was agreed upon with all parties involved.

Dec. 4

1:15 PM Gaylord Regional Dispatch called to request Albert Township Fire Department for mutual aid into Charlton Township for a structure fire.

7:23 PM A female called 911 frantically, stating another driver was trying to run her off of the road. Dispatch stayed on the phone with the female until a deputy located the driver and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy spoke to all parties involved and found the incident involved road rage on both sides. Each driver was issued a warning.

11:54 PM Oscoda County notified dispatch of a 911 call involving a domestic dispute. Deputies responded to the residence and were able to separate the parties for the night. The male half left to stay with family.

6:00 AM A vehicle was reported in the ditch in Vienna Township; a report was taken.

Dec. 6

6:07 AM A vehicle in a Vienna Township ditch was reported; a report was made and the vehicle was removed.

9:38 AM A deputy responded to a welfare check in Loud Township; the subject was found to be okay and was experiencing phone issues.

9:52 PM Deputies responded to a business in Briley Township for a dispute, deputies spoke with both parties and had them separated.

9:29 AM A deputy responded to a welfare check in Briley Township; the subject was found to be okay, just didn’t have a way to communicate with anyone at the time.
